Red

Christina Hendricks does such an amazing job as Joanie each week. She's such a bomb shell.

It's unbelievable that she's a mere size 4 and known as the "big" girl.

Read her Harpers Bazaar interview here.

I'm Peggy Olson. I want to smoke some marijuana.

I don't recall ever being into a television show as much as I am with Mad Men. Gossip Girl, Sex and the City... they were fun but they're nothing compared to watching Don Draper every week. The acting, the set design, the COSTUMES, the storyline; everything is impeccable.

It's 1963 somewhere

Halloween was a fun one this year. Usually I'm boring and don't dress up but why turn down a day that allows you to wear a fabulous costume all day?

I went to a block party last night so the fur was appropriate and appreciated. I scoffed at the scantily clad girls that were freezing all the while sipping my gin and tonics. If only I could wear hats and gloves all the time!

I was born in the wrong era.

Janie Bryant even commented on my costume (via Twitter!) I can't get enough of Mad Men. It's too bad next week is the season finale.

I'm broached

After rummaging through my mom and grandmother's jewelry stash for my Halloween costume, I've been lusting after big, vintage broaches and earrings for the past week. These Elva Fields necklaces are nothing less than gorgeous and so up my alley right now.

Favorite look from the Emmys? Why it's Betty Draper of course.

Mad Men Yourself

It's like Wii for Mad Men! MadMenYourself lets you design yourself to work at Sterling Cooper or go out for drinks with Don... like I did.

The Camera & Mad Men

I'm really looking forward to another season of Mad Men. This video essay explains how the camera has a huge part on the show. Totally worth watching if you're a big fan.

Vanity Fair did a great story here. The photos by Annie Leibovitz are amazing.

Mad for clothes

The costume designer from Mad Men, Janie Bryant, might have her own line coming out. "I'm working on some things right now," she says. "I hate to be so mysterious but I can't really say! It would have my name attached to it though."

How fantastic! The clothes make the show! And this just reminds me of how bad I wish the new season would start.
