. . . after spending two days organizing and re-organizing the office, have been irresistibly drawn to images of office inspiration, and while aerin lauder's classic white & gold décor will always be a favourite, quite adore this light and bright workspace with french doors and wood panelled walls, luxuriously over-sized and mirrored desk, and most certainly, the glossy, honey-coloured herringbone floors . . .

{two lovely things: mirrors & chandeliers}
. . . there is nothing quite like a glittering chandelier or sparkling mirrors to add luxe and glamour to any space, and always a fondness for mirrored vanities in particular and have fallen for this incredible dressing table {wouldn't it also be lovely as a desk?} and the beautiful way it is paired with a charmingly rustic mirror for a wonderfully informal, yet stunningly elegant place for favourite photographs, pearls and perfume and, of course, to prepare for a new day . . .
{p.s.} more mirrors:
* warm & romantic
* cool & modern

{two lovely things: mirror, mirror}
{two lovely things:}
one.
there is a mirrored tray on the marble vanity in the bathroom that holds favourite perfumes and an hermès box of hairpins, and every morning, adore the beautifully organized and perfectly pretty way everything looks, but had not thought to include a personal photograph -- such an inspiring idea!
two.
next to aerin lauder's glamorous white & gold office, this one has been a long-time favourite for its wonderfully elegant mirrored desk, inviting stacks of books and magazines, and always seem to work better when surrounded by shoes . . .
