I have really be drawn to illustrations and the like lately, I thought this collection of red and blue designs looked smashing together. I am a little surprised at how many amazing portraits there were, I seriously had to refrain from posting more. But, you can find more blue and red illustration art here. They woulld look beautiful all framed together in tawdry, chipped up dark wood thrift store frames all gallery like.

A fabulous site to browse for a window into the past. When it comes to glamour, nothing much has changed in Manhattan. But these women in the 1940's really raised the bar when it came to dressing to the nines.Full on fashion whilst out buying the loaf of bread. Furs were all the rage then, and no one was bothered.

The Charlie of Charlie and Marcelle is Kristina's mom, who died of breast cancer when he designer was only 17. Kristina recalls her mother as someone with a love of fashion and jewelry--and a compulsion to constantly make others smile, something Kristina tries to perpetuate through her designs. "My mission for my jewelry line is to inspire magic," Kristina explains. "To remind us that all things are possible if we just simply believe in ourselves. Jewelry has a funny way of making us feel good, which makes it a necessity as far as I'm concerned and I'm sure Charlie would agree."

Looking lovely with her freshly dyed lighter locks, Nicole Richie was spotted arriving at a photoshoot in Santa Monica, on August 31.
Miss Richie tucked a white shirt into a Winter Kate "Tristan" black skirt and paired with a pair of House of Harlow 1960 "Leslie" platform booties.
She finished off her look with cat-eye sunglasses, a scarf, a Balenciaga Weekender bag in white pearl and a Chanel lunch box-style bag.
