Nicole at the D&G flagship boutique opening

Nicole Richie and Joel Madden were spotted at the Dolce & Gabbana flagship boutique opening on Robertson Boulevard in Beverly Hills, on December 15.
She looked very cute in a black chiffon bubble skirt.
"Wearing mini skirts with opaque tights has been my thing this winter," Nicole said.
She accessorized with Yves Saint Laurent pumps and her Miu Miu bag.
