I used to spend quite a bit of time in Chattanooga and one of my favorite restaurants was Easy Bistro. Not only was the food good, but I loved the way it was branded. From the logo to the drum shades, this place was well done. So many restaurants miss out on their branding and it's a shame.
If you're ever in Chatt, check it out. The seafood is excellent and it's a great place to have a cocktail.
