Summer suddenly feels not so far away. It's kind of ridiculous how from March to July, I look forward to summer constantly, and from September to December I look forward to Christmas. It's like I need an aim to keep me going! Does anyone else feel the same?!
I'm off to Spain and France with my family this year, and maybe a smaller holiday with my friends later on. We never really go away at Christmas/ Easter or half terms - it's one holiday a year so it's all the more special!
I'm so excited. I can't wait to go snorkelling in a warm sea, wear summer dresses and short shorts, eat strawberries and cherries and drink Pimms, go on picnics and open my bedroom windows wide to let the sun in. I can't wait until it's light until 9pm and the air smells of other people's barbeques.
